Some people think that snoring problems are overblown; that this is nothing more than a nuisance, a joke in a family sitcom or cartoon. Curtains billow in and out while a frazzled wife wraps a pillow around her head, her husband "sawing logs" next to her. The audience finds it funny when the husband seems as if he's done, all is quiet and well, and the wife starts to drop off - only to be startled awake again by a sudden gasp or snort from the man next to her. Funny indeed, at least in a sitcom or cartoon.
